September turned out to be the cruelest month for Odisha. The cases rose rapidly leading to a new wave of virus scare even as the unlocking took a new leap with major re-openings and economy trying to get back on track. This has led to the State Government becoming a little more cautious with October. While the Centre has given a go-ahead to school and theatre re-openings with SOPs, Odisha is not ready to do so yet.
